FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You may place your order by phoning us, through email, or by using the cart option on our website. If your arrival is within the next 48 hours-please phone so we can ensure your requested items are available. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE RESERVE?

We recommend reserving your items as soon as your travel arrangements have been confirmed. We carry a large inventory, and have multiples of all items, but during peak periods we will sell out of our most popular items. 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery are subject to a 2 night minimum charge plus delivery cost. Cancellations made during peak and holiday periods must be made 30 days prior to delivery date for a full refund. 

ARE WE ABLE TO PICKUP THE EQUIPMENT?

At this time, we do not have storefront for pickup. We are a delivery service. The equipment will be delivered to your resort home for your convenience.

HOW DOES DELIVERY/PICKUP WORK?

We work with all local hotels and accommodation providers. Whenever possible, we will arrange the delivery (and pickup) directly with the property manager to place your items inside the unit for you. On the rare occasion it is not possible to arrange access to the home, your items will be placed outside. Please place outside at departure for pickup. 

What are the delivery rates?

Delivery rates can range between $20 – $60 and are based on the distance traveled to your destination, number of items and any possible assembly required. Cribs have a minimum $30 delivery rate. All rates include pickup.  

WHAT IF THE EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED DURING OUR RENTAL PERIOD?

 Any excess damage to rental equipment aside from normal wear will be repaired or replaced at the expense of the renter. 

CAN YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?

Unfortunately, due to liability issues, we cannot install car seats. 

How does Payment work and what forms of payment do you accept?

Your card information is needed to release the equipment and will be charged at the time of booking. If you need to make any changes to your order we will apply any credits or additions to the card on file. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express. 

ARE YOUR CRIBS FULL SIZE?

Yes-cribs are full size, and include the mattress. Please indicate in which room you would like the crib setup. Once assembled, the crib will not fit through the doorway. Mattress will be set to the lowest position unless otherwise requested.
